ok, i went from 212-185 (i was fat) and now i'm getting back up to 210... i'm 193 now and i'm tryin, i'm trying real hard to eat as muih as possible and ad as many calories but i notice that i'm adding garbage to my diet...
i cook every night, i have enough chicken and beef, sometimes fish to eat that with rice adn vegetables 4-5 times a day and than i squeeze in a few outmeals with fruits and my protein shakes...
i added lots of rice and oats and i drink protein shakes with skim milk instead of water.... what else should i do? i was thinking about drinking a few bottles of fruit juice, but that may be too much sugar... maybe a few liters of V8...
and the most important question, how much could i expect to gain per week, with a clean bulk? i think i'm gaining 1-1.5 pounds per week now that i've started almost three weeks ago...

Buy flax seed oil, take two tablespoons daily, I like to take one in the am and one at night. That is 280cals from good fats right there.
And you don't gain fat from just ingesting fats, carbs are what get you and enable your body to even store the fat in the first place.Opeth, Vai, and Lamb of God enthusiast.
