Ok here it is im 18 about 5'7 140 ibs. Ive been lifting for a few years now and know my fair amount of stuff and am actually kinda strong for my size, i bench press about 230. My problem is i cant really gain any weight or muscle. I am taking bsn no xplode and cell mass currently and am looking for some good workouts that can help me gain some weight and muscle. I can really only workout 3 or 4 days a week because of baseball and im not to worried about my legs right now, i no i no its not good to skip them but im just really looking to get my ocean city body going for this summer lol so id apprecaite some help.

first off buy yourself some protein. you want to get around 160 grams- 200 grams of protein. your workout should look something like this. this is what works for me.
mon- chest tris abs
wed- back bis forearms
fri- legs traps shoulders abs
sat- bis tris
do more compound movements. deadlifts bench presses. do incline and flat bench. try using db bench instead of bb. squats too.Bulking as of 11/01/08.
