    Question Drinking a Gallon of Milk a Day on a Bulk??

    Just a thought that came to mind, im wondering if this is a bad idea on a clean bulk. Im also planning on starting the smolov squat cycle next week, when i start this if i do.

    im bulking and i drink about 2 gallons a week, even thats sort of annoying pricewise, a gallon a day would suck unless your mom is buying it for you...i don't mean that as an insult i just mean it sucks paying for it..

    wouldn't being bloated only last for a little bit untill my body gets used to it? plus some extra water weight i don't believe is a big deal and whats the difference for having too pee from drinking a gallon of water to a gallon of milk.

    i drink a gallon of milk a day even when im not bulking, my opinion its a good idea

    oh and i dont get bloated or anything like that
    its worth it really 128 grams of protein 2400 calories if its whole milk and 192 carbs sounds like a good deal to me

    $3 & some change a day isn't expensive at all compared to your beloved cottage cheese. Consider it cheaper if you drink powdered milk. There's nothing wrong with your idea, OP, but it might be more satisfying to eat real food instead. 3-4 meals a day + 1/2 gallon of milk between (or with) meals sounds great.

    This is cheap for sure...not sure where u guys are getting your milk if u think it's expensive. However, I see cramps and bloating in your future consuming this much on a daily basis.

    Ive been drinking a gallon a day for 5 and 1/2 weeks... no problems at all...went from 174 to 204 ...obviously i gained fat but i also gained a lot of muscle and my strenght went through the roof... drink it...you can always lose the fat later

    lactose (milk sugar) is different than most sugars being that it digests slowly and from what i have read has little efect on blood sugar

    I drink a gallon a day and I have had no side effects
    after drinking the gallon a day for a while my body got used to it even more and on average I would only have to piss 3 times.
    it helped me "bulk" up from 111 to 160.

    (yes I know im no beast haha)

    I only drank a half a gallon a day when I done the squats and milk program......it was well worth it I put a kilo a week on for 6 weeks my strength went throu the roof....I only drank half a gallon because i put weight on pretty easy.....Milk is Awesome for muscle gain ....I say go for it and let us know how you went.
