I'm trying to come up with a lean mass-building routine and I would like to hear some of your programs and the results you get from them to help me come up with mine. Please post something like the following:
Monday: Arms/Abs
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Back/Shoulders
Friday: Arms/Abs
Saturday: Back/Legs
Sunday: Off
5x5 for all
(note this is not my actual routine, just an example)
