I used to train in his gym evry time i would come down to the french south cost beach.
The man was never a fan of very heavy lifting, always went for quality of the movement, not quantity of the weights, perfect form on evry exercises, very inspirational. His physique speaks for himself, one of the most aesthetic physique of the history of the sport.

incredible. those shoulders are ridic i see no problem with him doing what he does. as mentioned his test levels are prob so low at that age that this makes him feel great and if he can gain from it and still do what he loves than why not.

well granted there would be benefits for test levels to stay healthy at that age, but after a life time of drugs already, one would think he might cut back a bit, i doubt he is competing anymore, so to take drugs to stay up with what he used to look like doesnt make sense.
