I'd say bout a year. Maybe less. A lot of factors. It's like asking "how tall am I gonna be?"

My arms went from 10" to 13.6" unflexed in less than 10 months with a small 1 month cut in between. I'd say you can do it in a few months.

My arms went from 12.5 to 14 in about 3 weeks to a month.
I'm right with ya man hoping to get to 16. I guess a good 6-8 months all depending on your routine, diet, etc?

Mine went from about 13.75 to 15.25 in a year (no noob gains there, always did my curls), so probably about a year...
But they don't look that big because my shoulders are tiny. Your shoulders are big so they make your arms look like 15".

^^ to both of you, you're retarded because that's not possible (unless you gained an insane amount fat, in which case you're still retarded)

yeah i do find it hard to believe that your arms could grow a couple of inches in a couple of months... without pinning.. but then again may just be genetic freaks

I consistently measure and my brother measures also to confirm that I'm measuring right. Also I didn't gain much fat at all. My calves on the other hand haven't even grown an inch since I started

Mine actually grew 2 inches in about a year BUT it was beacause my body used food like a sponge because I was eating LESS than 1,000 cals per day as well as lifting and biking, and lost A TON of weight, then started researching and lifting and eating right

Thanks you too breh.
My father is the same way as you, big calves from years of running (17.5") but oddly enough small quads in comparison (22").
