were in the semi's too... 14th in the nation... would be higher in the singles if we didnt forfeit frist 2 games we won. Kid was an xfer and repeated a grade so was in-eligible even tho he didnt play athletics prior to the incident.... sucks when u put a kid in the 4th quarter to wrap it up and it kills u... oh well we still got it done..
good luck bro ( for football)
for lifting: tbh, id get a pre workout supp and drop the caffeine stuff, pre workout supp will give you that + more beneficial benefits... but it can be pretty expensive... as far as losing fat... i would say HIIT... you did football so you should be able to handle the intensity.

personally I would skip the N.O.Xplode but if you must get it I would say you don't really need the L-Arginine. I would recommend losing both and getting Superpump250...just my .02

^^ yea... thats what i was thinking...
u didnt mention it but im assuming u have a protein... after ur workouts put some oats in ur milk/protein mix and its actually kinda good... i like it .. the oats give u the carbs u need to replenish glycogen and give u an insulin spike (which is good)

i loved gaspari products personally.... i would def get them again... superpump was amazing... especially mentally... the focus and drive to move from exercise to exercise and crank out more reps really helped... i stopped taking it during football, and started taking a cheaper creatine (rather than SizeOn) to save money.... idk if i will go back to sizeon... i might try it again in 2009. but it puts a dent in your wallet.... Superpump can be found fairly cheap online tho... great product.

how about you explain the reasoning behind no-xplode, arginine and caffeine?
we could either use our heads here or compare muscles, which one will help you learn about supplements?

if your already taking a preworkout drop the caffeine and arginine since pretty much all preworkouts have those 2.
i used to be a 280lb right tackle and im about 215lb right now. cardio and a fat burner worked wonders for me. stayed away from creatine for the most part but use it if you want im not stopping you. if you wanna try a different preworkout give white flood a shot. preworkout with no creatine and plenty of stims.
goodluck with the championship. we won ours my senior year and it was the best feeling ever

to the o/p i wouldn't try to loose any weight untill the season is over so you don't loose any strength when you need it.
