O just found a quote.
"Now it's a part of life," he says of his daily regimen (30 minutes of treadmill, an hour of weights). But he's always known the difference between being macho and being a man. "It doesn't make you a man because you can bench-press 600 pounds.
Apparently...he can bench 600. Which wouldnt be quite double his body weight.

I dont know where it is in ontario you live. But its not far enough for me to drive out to smack the ****ing sense back into your brain.
please never ever ever make a thread again. PLEASEIt is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but rather the one most responsive to change.

Guy bodybuilds, he doesnt strength train. At least not from what I have read about him (looked him up before)
looking at the guy all his delts are filled in and capped with perfect symetry, nd his upper chest isin perfect balance with his lower.
In other words he probably has, or has had, a trainer working with him durring his movies to make him fill the parts better. I doubt trainers who are going for looks, are going to have him lifting heavy. And I doubt he would risk his career as "the big guy" in order to get a big lift, when he is already bad ass to begin with.Last edited by babyslayer; 11-18-2008 at 12:01 PM.

not to get political, Mcnults, but you did so.... Michael Moore, (if you're referencing the film director) does exactly what your sig suggests is righteous... he's also very intelligent, and would likely do a disservice to society by removing himself from the gene pool
The guy is blatantly bending (sometimes breaking) the truth, and he also loves him his $$$...nonetheless... he does exactly what your sig. suggests of people,
