Yup.It will grow if you are bulking correctly. To bulk your penis use heavy weights and less rep . You can do penis curls, penis extensions in separate days a week , and by a month you will have hulk size dick. But, worst part of it is that you will lose all your muscle when you start cutting.So don't cut.
