Hi from Dorset

Hi there 😎
I'm Amy. I'm 31, I've got 4 children, they are between 5-8 years old. I live in Dorset. I like gardening, snd walking. I actually don't enjoy exercise much; I feel self conscious and clumsy and I never seem able to drink enough water so I end up feeling quite rubbish after exertion!

I love food! Who doesn't? And I love cooking; this I see as a plus for trying to change my lifestyle; I am happy to spend time creating new, healthier recipes.

My goals are to lose weight and get stronger; lately it feels like my stomach is so weak that my back aches, joints are bad, and I want to break the comfort eating!!

3 years ago I dropped 5 stone and felt great; I want that feeling again 😊
