I've been doing Crossfit off/on for over nearly three years (last 6 months off).
Instead of jumping back on that bandwagon, I was curious if there were bodybuilding classes or some alternative to crossfit which would also offer quicker muscle gains. Seems like when I get into a gym, without a group or trainer I struggle to stay focused and motivated.
I live in Arlington, VA (Clarendon). Does anyone else body build here or know of a bodybuilding classes?
