Interesting you bring this up because my brother just showed it to me a few weeks ago and now I take it all the time.
Acai is eaten EVERYWHERE in Brazil, thats where it comes from. Brazilians usually eat it for lunch because it's quick and easy to make, good calories, extremely good for you, and it gives you energy.
