New here as well
Hello everyone,
Not sure where to put this "new here" thread, but saw someone else put a "welcome" thread on here earlier. I thought i'd put it in "female section" but it doesn't seem like a lot of people post there. This forum seems to have the most traffic, so I'll put it here.
I'm Kayla, and I'm new here. I guess you could say I'm new to working out with weights as well. I was an athlete/runner in both high school and college. So, I'm not new to "working out" in that sense, but I never really took working out with weights seriously.
I've always been able to keep my body in shape just by running/sit-ups/core workouts, but I kind of wanted to explore working out with weights. Also, I'm a few years removed from college now, so no longer running on a daily basis.
I'm just on here to get information, from people who seem to know what they're doing. I'm not really sure what I'm going to do with it, but I decided to come on here to explore options and see what type of training other people are doing to keep their body in shape.

Most of the work/development that I've put into my body have been because of running (high school/college runner), and natural god-given fast metabolism. This includes the "underboob" area that you speak of.

kayla, this is the misc section, it is filled with scary people...the misc will demand a pic of you holding a spoon to prove that you are a female, as the misc believes that girls do not post on the internet and that you are in fact a man..you will not find much help here on the misc in terms of working out, but the other sections will prove useful
