New here, hi all

Hello everyone,

Name is Kayla, and I'm new here. I'm guess you could say new to working out with weights as well. I was an athlete/runner in both high school and college. So, I'm not new to "working out" in that sense, but I never really took working out with weights seriously. I've always been able to keep my body in shape just by running/sit-ups/core workouts, but I kind of wanted to explore working out with weights. Also, I'm a few years removed from college now, so no longer running on a daily basis.

I'm not really sure what I'm going to do with it, but I decided to come on here to explore options and see what type of training other people are doing to keep in shape.
