to slimjoe if you go to my youtube you will see a video of a 615 deadlift if you watch closely i nearly failed it because my grip failed at the end. i knew i had atleast 10-20 more lbls in me that day but because i couldn't grip it i was stuck with that max. my immediate action was to spend about 250 dollars on grip equipment most i made but i did order a 130 dollar gripper from britain called the vulcan. it's the same feel as a CoC but you can change it between many different settings and even microload it with rubberbands(best 130 dollars ever) after that i did grip workouts at high volume for 6 days a week. probly doubled to tripled my gripping power. that's why i can grip it now. no idea on chalk to no chalk i can probly hold it without chalk.

i aint too much a beast i'm a guy with a big attitude an ego i need to maintain a drive to be the best and a pain tolerance of someone on pcp. that along with the fact that i have amazing deadlifting leverages makes this quest to be the biggest deadlifter ever somewhat in my reaches. i may be drug free. i may not be genetically gifted as some. but i do have some gift of genetics and along with that my drive and someday anabolics (sorry to say it but no way to meet my goals without it, but at this moment day and time i'm 100% drug free) i hope to dethrown andy bolton

i used to always deadlift conventional when i begin lifting and it always felt like an awkward position well i was stuck at 480-495 for like 6 months and it wouldn't move and i started training ina westside format, which made me change my squat stance from close to wide and i was very weak wide but it built up and quickly surpassed my old best with a narrow stance. when you squat wide you hit your hips/glutes much harder which in turn built a good wide stanced deadlift because all the hip drive. plus it just feels more correct then conventional. but dont be one them people that go if you pull sumo you a pussy cause my conventional is only about 20 lbls behind my sumo hehe.
