Oats or whole wheat bread?
Typically I will eat 2 slices of whole wheat bread for breakfast with eggs. And also lunch with peanut butter, and also chicken breast.
My question is should I ditch the bread in the morning and go for oatmeal instead? Little different variety. A cup of dry oatmeal has around 300 cals. I'd still eat my eggs. Any opinions one way or another? Or does it even matter? Thanks for any input

this is irrelevant but do you eat the eggs whole or just the white?

the oatmeal would probably be better.
considering you are eating the whole wheat bread with lunch, i would recommend you definitely throw some oats into your diet.
