How do you speed your recovery
I usually train 4-5x a week in submission wrestling and right now have a 4 day weight training split with quite a bit of core work and 30 mins HIIT every other day.The problem is I'm sore pretty much all the time and have to half ass my workouts, I see other guys in the school who train longer then me and still recover fast. How do people like Sean Sherk train 6 hours a day that's insane.
What are some techniques and supplements to speed recovery.
(Yes I get about 300 grams carbs 200 grams protein and 60 grams fat a day)

Well according to your breakdown you're only consuming about 2500 calories a day. I don't know you're stats but if you're working out as hard and as much as you say, I think you need to up your calorie intake. Especially at 18 years old. Try adding a few hundred more calories (carbs/protein) and see where your energy level is. Also I'm sure you wont want to hear this but it is ok to take a day off now and then. Let the body recover and heal then come back strong.
No comment on the Sean Sherk thing.....

Weird it's not showing my stats, I'm 5"10 154, I have trouble eating alot cause of my weak hunger, are there any inexpensive nutrient dense foods, I usually eat fish, steel cut oats, steak, green vegetables, brown rice and protein shakes for most of my nutrition.I don't workout on sunday or saturday but i do HIIT then though.Should I lower my weight training a bit or what?
Anyone know how effective glutamine is?

I train like 12-14 hours a week and have a full time construction labour job.. i can eat well over 4000 calories a day and not put on fat.

How often do you eat?
what foods would you recommend for inexpensive nutrient dense.

Have you tried a BCAA supplement? I was having this same problem until I started using Xtend.

eat a lot. you're probably burning up more than you think. a weight gainer or other liquid forms of getting a lot of cals will help out. it won't make you feel "full" the way real food will. also, you can try ground beef if you are looking for a nutrient dense whole food source.

If You need calories but aren't hungry try Vitamin D whole milk. As long as You are not lactose intolerant milk works like FM (frikin magic) for getting extra calories. If your body is lacking macro nutrients all the micro nutrients in the world won't help you recover faster.
