Look at yourself in the mirror and decide if you would rather see yourself 10 pounds heavier or 10 pounds lighter.
15.2 is pretty low so it's up to you man."Suffer now and live the rest of your life a champion."

Def bulk! Not so much that your bf is already though, but since its winter you'll be covered up alot more. Nobody will see you without your shirt off. Say you lose 15lbs of fat, who are you gonna show it off 2? Bulk through like Feb. then begin your cut. The extra 2-3 months will let you gain around 5-7lbs of muscle if u do it right. Once you hit your cut for the summer people will really begin to notice. Best of luck my man

These are prime bulking months. If you are feeling small, I really can't think of a better time to put on some muscle mass. Cutting is easy, bulking right is what takes the serious dedication.
I swear by my life and my love of it that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine.
Our only limitations are the ones we accept.
Seeing how much I can increase strength, endurance, and athletic performance while maintaining approximately 190 lbs and single digit bf.
