    Miss leg day

I have a question, since the past week has been conditioning for basketball and we did a crap load of running and agility excercises, my legs are pretty sore. However, leg day is scheduled for tommorow for me. We have practice again today and my legs will still be sore tommorow. My question is would it be a good idea to training legs tommorow because they have been worked all week? Im talking squats, leg press etc. Or should I just stfu and train them?

    thankz

Just see how you feel tomorrow. Might as well go, but train light.

This. But definitely lift. You'll regret it next time you do legs if you don't.

I swim almost every day and when it's time for back (once a week), I do back, and I haven't over trained it. So yea, do weights, it's a different kind of exercise anyways (anaerobic). Just make sure you get at least one day a week when you are not doing anything with your legs (other than walking).

Ok, so should I lift lighter weights or should I go the same? I mean my legs do feel a little uncomfortable right now.

If you skip legs, you'll keep skipping it. I missed once and ended up not coming back for almost a month. I lost 20lbs on my squat
Idk my maxes at this point, I'm just starting back.. current PRs
    Squat 375 3x1, 350x4
    Deadlift 505x1 , 500x6
    Bench 320 2x1
