yes i know im flexing my traps, but shoulders also, its jus hard to tell because of the light but i have like splits n my shoulders... n my arms are small. n yes im 15

They look tiny. It is obvious you don't work your delts enough.

dumbell rows work lats mainly



do military/db press/overhead press

big compound lifts will help

lol yeah dude it pays off great. i can pretty much pass for anywhere from 15 to up to 19 ive gotten... helps so muchhhhh man but it a 7 1/2er... jus average. no homo
