how long before you notice results? (40min/4 sessions per week 130-145/hr )
how long before you notice results? at say 25% on empty stomach/med intensity (130-145bm) 4 sessions per week @ 8am
assuming you had a 200 calorie deficit (2000 maintenance / 1800 cal/day consumption)
after .. 6 week period?
