leg workouts

i have avulsions (fractures) on both my right and left knee caps and patella tendinitis was wondering if anyone new what i could do for a leg workout without squats.

If i were you I would talk to a doctor. They should be able to tell you what to do. I've found with those types of injuries, the amount of hurt being caused by them will let you know when to stop pushing yourself

well judging by my lack of personal knowledge as far as biomechanics and injuries. i suggestr you should go to a physical therapist.

yeah i used to go to pt 3 times a week for 3 years but they dont get any better they said they couldnt help me
