Not Swimming.
Although I am generally of the opinion that you need to 'relax' and enjoy a good meal out without feeling 'restricted' and anal (so I would probably just say that you treated this meal as your treat and leave sunday as a regular day).... If you wanted to have both (still want to have your 'treat' on sunday and still go out to the resturant) then if you HAD to have one of the above my pick would probably be:
ZUPPA di PESCI - Calamari, shrimp, clams, mussels, and white fish in wine, shallot and tomato broth
That is going to be pretty 'fat free'/ additive free (white sea food + a broth) and so it shouldn't have any 'surprises'... You could then ask for a side of steamed vege... And hold the bread/ wine (just have water).
SALMONE - Pan roasted salmon with dijan glaze
would probably be ok too - but you might find the glaze is made with palm sugar or the like - so it will be loaded with things you might not want to eat...
The POLLO MELANZANNA - Breast of Chicken with roasted eggplant, tomato and parmesan cheese
LOOKS ok - but I would imagine that is would be very oily/rich... which although not a BAD thing, if you are looking for 'calorie control' - it is obviously not going to be your best option.
Otherwise - most places are ok with 'modified orders' so you could always just ask for baked troat/ salmon or roasted chicken boobie, no oil/dressing, + a side of steamed vegetables.....

I think the safest of the 4 would be salmone. Just ask for them to go easy of the dijan glaze.
