Look Fatter some days than others?
I don't know if it is just me, or if it is all in my head. But I could swear on my mothers grave that there are days when I look and feel a lot fatter than others.. we are talking a big difference.... sometimes without eating anything that is much different from waht I usually eat. It freaks me out lol..
anyone else?

water weight. You'll fluctuate 3-5 lbs. per 24 hrs and what you eat will determine how it shows up.

It can be allergies, inflammation from training, water retention and especially your mind.
Trust me when I say you're mind will play tricks on you. On good days you look great. On bad days, not so much.
Are you looking at yourself at different times of day?

sometimes..
Obviously I look betteri n the mornings than wehn I have been drinking gallons of water all day and gorging myself..
But some mornings even I just don't look as moscular, given I think my bf is around 16 or so and I am trying to bulk right now so I am not incredbily upset by it. I will mention something to my GF and she is always like I don't know waht you are talking about. I swear my midsection fat is getting more intense, but she swears its not lol.
I'm gonna be posting some pics in a week or so... so maybe you all can tell me if you see a difference.

well if you are bulking you an expect to put on a little bit more fat in your midsection depending on how quickly you up the calories.
my first bulk i ever did i totally screwed up and tried to up my calories waaay too fast and put on alot of midsection fat. i looked horrible.

water levels, meal timing, just daily body fluctuations all play a part so yeah don't stress about looking in the mirror every day. Weigh yourself once a week at most only.

Mirror plays some dirty tricks. There were times where i lost about 10 lbs in a month/2 and i thought i looked fatter. Its mostly in ur head but everyone made valid points - could be time of day/water weight/ fluctuation. All you can do is keep grinding every day to look better

Pump/water weight. This is why writing down things for progress is important.

I have the same problem here too bro. I think its water weight.
But its all in the head i think... I took this week off training to rest my body n study for my finals. My diet remained pretty clean though and didnt get any fatter. But my head tells me i did coz i feel like crap for not having trained for 7days now :S

Water weight for sure.
I drink at least a gallon a day now and I notice that in the morning I look and feel thinner than later in the day after meals, water, etc.
I took some pictures recently and I feel like my gut was larger even though I was nearly 10 lbs. lighter than previous pictures. Pissed me off!

Alright.
I'm actually going to be posting some pics here I will be completing 3 weeks of animal pump and animal stack togather.... Maybe you guys can tell me if I should continue to bulk, or go for the cut. I have until spring break really until I need to be back in fighting form lol.
I'm going to be running animal cuts 3 weeks on 1 off 3 on along side either animal pump or superpump250 good idea?

This is what females refer to as "having a fat day" ... It could be a little body dimorphic disorder, where what you see when you look at yourself differs from what others see

Oh my I feel like a total cow and other times I see myself and smile because I have lost so much. Yesterday I felt like a cow gain and after I made a face my ring fell off my hand. This is a ring I haven't been able to put on for years soooooo my dear "congratulations" your normal. I don't like feeling that way but I think we all do and have.
