Green Mag/White Flood Tabs/Purple Wraath Sample Reviews

Recieved these samples yesterday and used them for my chest & shoulders workout. Was definitely looking forward to trying these out and seeing if they were worth adding to my shopping list some time.

Green Mag (Sour Green Apple Flavor)

I mixed this up with the recommended 8 oz. of cold water 45 min. pre-workout. Mixability was good, the mix was cloudy anyway but the flakes dissolved into solution in about a minute. Taste was awful. I'm sorry but the afterbite of strong Robitussin flavor was a big turn-off. Maybe the other flavor doesn't have that and if so I would love to try it. I felt very strong in the gym, but I would not try this flavor again.

White Flood Tablets

Downed the 8 tabs of this washed down with the Green Mag. They were somewhat large tablets but that's A-Ok. The tablets started to melt a little bit in my mouth before I swallowed them. No bad taste associated with that though. This was a great experience. I was jacked up and ready to go full-throttle 45 min. later. Had been looking forward to stepping my Flat Bench numbers up and did so with ease. (even though my shoulder was botherin' me a little bit) The pump was fantastic, my forearm vascularity was out of this world and after I worked shoulders they felt like blown up balloons attached to my arms. I felt huge just walking around. I would definitely try these again.

Purple Wraath (Purple Lemonade Flavor)

I mixed this up with 20 oz. cold water post-workout. The mixability was great. The taste was decent, not out of this world but definitely not a bad taste. I usually drink Xtend and have found it to be TOO sweet sometimes, but Wraath did not have that "too sweet" taste to it. It was also very gentle on the stomach. I would try this again.

Great to see the samples getting out there and people offering their opinions.

thanks for taking the time to give us some feedback. I am shocked that you didn't like the taste of GM. I love this stuff but everyine has a different taste preference.

The only thing was the strong aftertaste of Robitussin. I'm not sure if this is from the MCC or what...but it deserves evaluation.

The WF tabs exceeded my expectations though.

I am with you on the WF Tabs been using them for about 2 weeks now and getting in some sick workouts

Yeah, the tabs are definitely cheer-worthy. For the GM, my issue was not even just the aftertaste. It was maybe too sour for me... but really I cannot pin it on any one thing, just did not really like it. I imagine after a week it would grow on me, as myself and the OP are the only two I've ever seen say they don't care for it.

Yeah I'm thinking that too, if you stuck with it you would get used to it...

Maybe I didn't use enough water (8 oz). Will have to try more next time.

Update: (this is giant killer)

I got a tub of the Green Mag, same flavor, and I've been using it for a little while. The bad taste was never present. I think it must have been something wrong with the sample, but it's really not bad!

I used 20ozs in my sample and it was great
plan on buying it after I'm done with my tub of mono

wow we must have totally different tastes because I though the Green Mag sour green apple was the best supplement I've ever tasted. It tasted much better than grape purple wraath and watermelon xtend IMO. The grape purple wraath tasted like cough medicine.
