Dear all!
Just a quick question regarding joint support. I want to start taking something for that as i am lifting heavy now and also more frequently and starting to get small aches and strains.
What is the best Joint support aid to take ? I searched a few websites and just like all other types of supplements...there are LOADS...
So I appreciate if anyone can write a line or so telling me which is best so i dont spend my money on rubbish!
Thanks in advance and KEEP PUMPIN!!

A great joint supplement that eliminates pain and strengthens your joint. I use it during my bp training cycles to prepare for my upcoming Pro and nationals bp meets.

Animal Flex
One of the key components to bodybuilding progress is consistency--paying your dues day in and day out in the gym. The cumulative effect of this daily wear and tear over the weeks, months, and years, can be profound. When you're building a house, a big one, you need to make sure the foundation is rock solid because that house puts tremendous pressure on the foundation. Now your body's foundation is your joints, ligaments, tendons, and all the connective tissue--the necessary stuff that supports your muscles, your training. The harder you train, the more massive amounts of weight and the numerous sets and reps performed in a typical workout, the more stress you put on your foundation. This constant pounding can take its toll, weaken it. And when a foundation crumbles, the house comes tumbling down. Animal Flex is designed to help strengthen your body's foundation, to help protect your joints from the daily grind brought about by heavy duty weight training. Each pack of Animal Flex consists of several key joint protection complexes: (1) a potent joint construction complex to help repair connection tissue; (2) a lubrication complex to help cushion the joints from lifting; (3) a support complex to help promote rehabilitation and reduce soreness; and (4) a key vitamin/mineral support blend to help underscore optimal joint health. Animal Flex is your armor against the rigors of iron warfare. It is complete, comprehensive and effective.

Read past the company pimp posts, and there were some good suggestions in there. That thread is basically the same as this one .I remember being relevant.

I haven't tried anything but Animal Flex. I have been taking it for eight days and have definitely noticed improvement. I heard people say it takes 2 weeks to really kick in but I've noticed it already especially in my knee and shoulder. I am about to order another tub because me and my bro split our first one just to make sure it worked.

definately, i just use 1 flex per day at night,
i had a bad rotator cuff injury bout 2 years ago, an it flared up real bad the past 5-6 months, i feel literally no discomfort at all right now 2 cans into flex
this is a life staple for me now, that insurance far surpassed the low price of Flex!"This is what Mr.Olympia does on his spare time... picks up dog crap" - Jay Cutler

I've used Animal Flex, Triflex (GNC), Schiff, all kinds of stuff. The thing is to get a product with glocosamine sulfate, chondroiton sulfate, and MSM. Then take flax seed oil or some omega 3 oil product. It takes 7 - 14 days of regular dosing to build up in the body.
My tendons in the front of my shoulders always hurt, but I recently ran out of joint support and just didn't do any. Within a week I had a bunch of little aches and pains coming back, sore knees, sore wrists, just places that hurt that weren't even joints. I got back on some stuff and it all went away again ('cept the shoulders) within a week.
Definitely got ot look into the Cissus though.
Just read labels and use the most economical product with all the above ingredients.
