i usually don't eat more than 2 carbohydrate meals a day but they usually are a little higher in carbs than 60g as it's recommended when taking ap. so would ap be a good choice or not? mainly looking to eliminate the fat gain without having to decrease total calorie intake...
thanks in advance

Doug Miller and Tommy Jeffers, the two best natural bodybuilder in the world love it and will not train without it...
Supplementation is about experiementation so if he passes on AP. He just may pass on the best supplement in the world, or it could just be okay.
People need to take an individual approach to supplementation and learn for themselves. One thing is certian it has world wide distribution and over 2 years on the market and loved by most natural athletes.
Creatine the most researched supplement in the world has non responders but it would be foolish to not take a risk with a proven supplement.
There are many variables to supplementation it's not just about taking a supplement it's about understanding how to train, eat and supplement.
I would take the one liners like "its a horrible supplement" or "there is money better spent" like a grain of salt. I would avoid these generic responses as advice. Real advice as a deeper explanation good or bad.
AP is proven.

What I am doing is asking him to form his own opinion from reviews with substance good or bad.
that being said Doug Miller and Tommy Jeffers words is much more powerful than yours in our community so if he is basing his decision off this thread. Commonsense would to take the word of a professional over a one liner response.
But I'm not asking to take my word. I'm asking him to weigh the facts and make an educated decision to use the supplement and form his own opinion.
