Just thought I'd make a thread showing my progress over the past few years.
This is 2 years ago at 205 lbs.
Here I am after dieting down to about 175 lbs
I then proceeded to get stupid fat again. This time only at around 190 or so.
So I dieted down to around 162 lbs.

Now, here I am today at 186 lbs. Comparing this pic to the third one, I'm only about 4 lbs lighter here. Definitely much leaner although holding a little more fat than I would like. Any criticisms or suggestions are welcome. thanks!
