Wait, what??
Put up pics because I think "buff" to you and everyone else on this site means something different.
You may just be fat with a large frame and you confuse it with muscle.
Why do you not want your body fat percentage to change?
EDIT: Okay, sentence 3 sounded kinda harsh. But for real, wtf?

Hahaha, very true, but it still made me laugh out loud.
I'd just like to say that at 125 lbs. I seriously doubt you look buff in a bad way...

Get a hold of some Cytomel(T3). It will increase your metabolism ten fold and could help in muscle wasting.
The healthy way would be to stop lifting and increase your cardio. Run like 3-5 miles a day and see if that works.

i will probably almost guarantee it is your natural build and not much you can do about that. Blame Genetics. Some women look muscular, some women dont.

I'm sure you have a camera. You don't have to post up your face but if we can actually see your body proportions we can better advise you. Trust me I'm sure you don't want to lose muscle. Lets see.......

Actually I used to be skinny-fat because I didnt know about muscle lol. And out of no where I gained 20 pounds of muscle in like 4 months and I didnt even lift that much, just cardio and protein.
I have a camera but not digital.

How to lose muscle? Well, i dont know if you work out or not, or if you even have. But if you never really weight-trained before, i wouldnt really say it is muscle. Sometimes you just looks more muscular. I seen this girl before, she looked muscular, but her ass was totally fine. Lol.
But honestly, 125 lbs is not a lot. If it were me, i would probably lift in the major areas where you look "buff" at. Maybe you have fat. Or maybe you are just bigger-boned.
But yea...as long as you have a nice ass, i wouldnt worry much about it.

Wow, you have the world's greatest genetics. So many members of this forum will be extremely jealous and some will probably even hate and flame you. If you want muscle mass to come off of your frame go on a low calorie diet and do cardio. That's how I cut from 190 as stupid as it was.

Well without actually seeing you here is what I suggest. I wouldn't try and supplements. Increase your cardio a little but still incorporate some weight training. Slowly start dropping your protein intake each week. Make sure you're still eating protein, just not as much as you did to gain this 20lbs of "unwanted" muscle. You DON'T want to lose all your muscle or else you'll just be skinny-fat again.

There's no way to tell because everyone is different. You DO NOT want to stop eating protein all together. You need to keep the muscle you just want it smaller. Cardio, some weight training, and less protein/calories and you should be able to slim down or whatever you're trying to achieve.

If you cut out protein all together you'd lose a lot if you're still doing cardio. Keep in mind that when your muscle mass comes off of your body you're going to start gaining body fat at a much faster rate if you go back to your old eating habits. The question is...do you want muscle on your body or body fat? Hmm...I made the mistake of cutting my muscle mass and I had to train insanely hard to make things right.

I want to loose like 10 pounds of muscle, how long would that take if I only eat 30g of protein a day, and do cardio? I dont even lift, like at all I dont know why I gained so much muscle.

Tell the truth. There's some cute guy you like but he wont go out with you because you have more muscle than him, right? ; )
Well where exactly is this unwanted muscle? If you don't lift I find it hard to believe that you suddenly put on 20lbs of muscle just from cardio and protein.

Every girl in the universe has a cell phone with a camera on it. Take a picture with you holding a sign with your screen name in the mirror, send it to you email address, and then upload to here. I'm like everyone else want to see to believe. No i don't think you put on 20 lbs of muscle with just protein and cardio. Sorry unless you have super genetics I call BS.

22%bf and you want to lose muscle why?
you dont just gain 20lbs of muscle out of nowhere by accident.
restrict calories and you will lose weight. keep lower protein intake and more carbs and you should also tend to feed on muscle. NOT something I would recommend but have at it if thats your goal.

Nikki, you're ignoring what everyone is saying and you also aren't making much sense when you type.
Trying to lose muscle is a stupid thing to do, and I don't know of anyone who doesn't lift, eats protein and all of a sudden gains 20 pounds of muscle in 4 months. Something isn't adding up.
So, I say it's your body type. Do some cardio.
