Idea for new rep system***
Dunno if its been said or not, but why not a rep system based on:
a) your body
b) what you've accomplished, your transformation, dedication etc...
basically a rep system based on how well someones done
the neg aspect would ONLY be used in posts. i.e. if a big guy is a total ass hole you neg him.
but positive reps would be given based on peoples body/goals etc..
its a bodybuilding site... as op said the misc's purpose is entertainment not related to bodybuilding but FOR BODYBUILDERS.... im sure theres similar forums out the for misc stuff for non-bodybuilders so those people who don't lift go there.
posted in "this forum is depressing" thread.
i dontknow if others agree or not... just my opinion on it

agreed about the lulz... i just mean i do appreciate the idea that people who dont lift and have no interest at all lifting on a bodybuilding site seems kinda pointless... theres plenty of sites for the randoms
as for negging me... honestly if thats what people feel i deserve fine by me. i dont think i deserve reps.. .but think some people with amazing physiques on here and good advice deserve alot more reps than they have... and others (no names need mentioned) don't deserve nearly as many reps as they have

The rep system is a feature of vBulletin forum software. Changing it wouldn't happen.

how can you rep dedication that would turn reps into an honor system
i propose a rep system where you get bonuses as you reach certain post amounts like 1,000, 2,000.. etc..

Many of the people who post here are not bodybuilders, some are fitness enthusiasts, others are powerlifters, Olympic-style weightlifters, strongmen, etc. Others are fitness models. What standard would you use to judge them?
And since you are small and cannot have accomplished much at only 19, I decreased your rep power accordingly.
