I've been diagnosed with borderline hypertension since I was in my early 20's, I'm now 44 and have been working out for 4 years and getting some decent results though never getting as big as I'd like to be.. I've done a couple of SD cycles and wasn't really too worried about my blood pressure though I never checked it while on. I was trying to cut usiing an ECA stack, E is legal here in Canada, anyways while I was using the ECA I went to my Dr and found my BP was through the roof, I stopped the ECA right away. I guess I'm wondering if you know of any supps of fat burners that don't mess with your BP in a negative way, if there are any that actually lower your BP that would be great as well. I want to be able to continue working out and get big without compromising my health, I'd also like to avoid getting on BP medication unless I absolutely have to.

Hawthorn berry may help you with bp issues many here use it on a cycle or just normally. If you are having regular bp issues that you cant seem to solve with diet/fitness it is probably better to see your doc and get on regular bp medication, although it is not ideal its usually better than the effects of having constant raised bp. As far as fat burners, i would look for one that doesnt use any or not many stimulants as these generally cause vasoconstriction = increase bp. What is your stats? bodyfat? It is likely that with cardio and a good diet you can reach your goals without need for a fat burner.

what are your readings?
Over the years of training, eating, lifting, running, supplementing, shaping and even abusing my body, an axiomatic truth that I have often failed to grasp, but perhaps am on the verge of acquiring, is that desire without discipline will never, ever produce the fruits of joyous success. Discipline leads to perseverance, and perseverance leads to character; and that's what bodybuilding is truly all about: becoming the best person - body, mind and spirit - that you can be.

Stats
I'm 5'10" weighing in at an even 200, I'm not sure of BF but judging by pics of others I'd say @18% I can see the outside line of my abs, and a bit of the spare tire but it has been going away, I've always done Cardio usually biking or eliptical but for the past 5 months I've been doing 20-30 minutes a day on the treadmill followed by 20 minutes of eliptical or bike which seems to have burned off some of the buldge, I'm just looking for a way to speed it up some. BP runs 150-160/90-95
Regular supps, protien powder, Green tea, Fish oil, Creatine, just on the tail end of an inhibit-e solo cycle, Tribulus, Multi vitamin.

My doc's a freak
My doctor is one of these mamby pamby hippies, she doesn't like to prescribe medication without exploring all alternatives. I've said to her if my BP is this high here in your office don't you think it's much higher when I'm at the gym lifting and straining? Her reply was that's OK if it's for a short period of time, she wants to explore lifestyle choices before going the medication route. I'm not looking for a supp to bring down my BP, I'm just wondering if anyone know which supps won't jack BP up but still give results

Look into Anabolic Innovations Life Support. It has hawthorn berry and celery seed extract which will help maintain and lower BP levels. Also, stay away from heavy drinking, caffeine, and make sure you're getting a good night sleep. The supplementation you're on now shouldn't hinder BP, but I would definitely stay away from further SD / ECA cycles.
