What is a good leg workout for girls?

Im taking my friend to the gym today and I need to know some good exercises for her to do for her legs..

    What exercises?
    What rep ranges?

I'd say squats, lunges, and leg curls would be killer...

Girls who are serious squatters end up building awesome asses, I've observed this phenomenon time and time again. Proceed with this knowledge!

But seriously, ironwill is correct, the training isn't much different, as far as reps and sets, it needs to be based on her goals and experience. If she's untrained, you might want to start with body weight squats, lunges, and calf raises... just keep the above in mind and work up to it ;-)

    Thumbs up

Agree with the above posters. Squats (check her form--ha ha) constantly, lunges, leg curls, bodyweight calf raises, incline presses for chest, pulldowns or rows, d'bell shoulder presses and some curls and pushdowns or lying extensions always are good, basic exercises. Abs, too. Just make sure she doesn't overexert herself and she adheres to proper form. She'll do just fine.
