No reason to train differently than a guy; have her do the same thing a guy would do, based on her experience level. No brain, no gain.
You can't out-train bad nutrition.

Girls who are serious squatters end up building awesome asses, I've observed this phenomenon time and time again. Proceed with this knowledge!
But seriously, ironwill is correct, the training isn't much different, as far as reps and sets, it needs to be based on her goals and experience. If she's untrained, you might want to start with body weight squats, lunges, and calf raises... just keep the above in mind and work up to it ;-)Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth. -Mike Tyson

Agree with the above posters. Squats (check her form--ha ha) constantly, lunges, leg curls, bodyweight calf raises, incline presses for chest, pulldowns or rows, d'bell shoulder presses and some curls and pushdowns or lying extensions always are good, basic exercises. Abs, too. Just make sure she doesn't overexert herself and she adheres to proper form. She'll do just fine."Don't call me Miss Kitty. Just...don't."--Catnip.
