Morning Instead of Noon?
So, my work schedule as of now, only allows me to work out between 5am and 9am,
so, i'll be getting to the gym in the morning at 6am, instead of my normal 5pm, will this
change have a effect, or is it nothing to worry about?

I wouldn't worry about it, I personally had much better results when I started working out in the morining instead of at night. It's just a matter of getting up and doing it that's so hard.

i dont think it really matters. just as long as you are scheduling your diet with your workout routine i think you are fine. i work out at midnight every night personally and i see the same if not better results compaired to when id wake up at 530 am and worked out at 7am. i was usually too tired in the am and have a lot more energy at night, personally atleast.

Depending on when you are eating your meals it can be very beneficial to work out in the morning and ramp up your metabolism for the rest of the day. I'm always super hungry right after working out and eat the most food then. When I switched to AM workouts I was able to eat large meals after working out and not eat big meals too late at night before sleeping and it really really helped.

To quote Mack Brown, "Let me answer this for Chris..." after OU smacked up the shorthornz.
Dude, it will have a HUGE effect, and for the better. Cardio on an empty stomach in the morning will improve your fat loss. It is not even debatable. I do morning cardio six days a week and I notice it.

Nothing too worry about. As for weight loss, if you're doign HIIT or weights your metabolism will be sparked at the beginning of your day. Many people find a better energy level throughout the day by doing this.

No offense man, but I have to say this... you're obviously new around here... because this has been debated until people's ears have fallen off (figurative of course)... it's been debated back & forth, pro & con for each side... it gets heated, so just look out for watch you say!
