Where is the pain felt? On the inside (medial) part of the elbow or outside (lateral)?

I had that happen to me not to long ago. Felt it mainly on the inner part of my elbow and especially when I did preacher curls. I just stopped doing all curling motion exercises for a week or two and put some ice on it every now and then and it went away.

Move's got the idea. The key is resting it before it gets any worse. There's relatively little blood flow to the elbow joint so when there is an injury to the area, it can take a LONG time to heal. Trust me, I've been dealing with tennis elbow for a year and a half now.

I do some some warmup exercises for my forearms and take ibprofen 500mg before I do curls. You might want to lower the weight until the pain subsides as well
