Hello everyone, I'm tired of this fat thats on me. The electronic says I'm around 24% bf, which I adjust to be about 19% bf in actuality.
I'm currently taking 200mg caffeine anhydrous in morning and afternoon, along with 25mg bronkaid with it. I'm taking 3g's of fish oils once every morning. And I decided to add about 100mg of aspirin once in the morning.
I.. also, decided to throw LeanFX into the mix with this as well. Brand new product should be interesting.
Obviously I've never tried LFX, and I've never tried ECA either, so I'm hopeful but unsure of what my results will be.
I'll report back here with weight changes and % changes, as well as mood and aesthetic changes that I see. I'm going to be on LFX for a month, and ECA for a little bit more, maybe 6 or 8 weeks. Should be fun. I hope to be my thinnest I've ever been.
My goals are 165 to 170lbs at 13 to 15%bf (according to scale, or 8-10% real world).
I started off around 193 (about a week or two ago), and I'm currently at 185. Let it begin....
Edit: And as far as my diet, I'm at 1800 cals a day, about 80g's of carbs in morning only, the rest is protein and fats. And for training, its lifting 4 days a week, and cardio 3 days a week, steady state cardio, nothing too intense, but nothing too light, 30 minutes.
(oh and in case you're wondering why a swell guy like me is in the red, well its because apparently voicing one's opinion in the supplement section is a no no, quite the bureaucracy. if you think this is an outrage, which it is, and would like seeing me turn green again, i'm only 480,000 points into the red, i appreciate the help. or i will probably make another account, but i'm currently not in the mood to bother with such frivolous things)
