well i am currently working out and have been since august 4. everyday(mon-fri) i workout and alternate between upper and lower body. i have noticed some chest differences, biceps and triceps differences, and over all difference. i started taking Kre-alkalyn and i am going to make protein shakes. but the other day a senior that graduated last year came by to workout, and this guy was huge...i mean he was benching close to 400. i am curious to know how people like him get so big? roids?

Probably roids, yes. Also possible he was born big. Started lifting in high school and got bigger.
Then lifted more undergrad and boom benches 400.

This doesn't happen over night. People are not born strong. Granted, some people have more genetic gifts than others, but nobody was born swoll. That guy probably worked his ass off for all of high school to get strong.Originally Posted by CoryATL16
