Daily supp intake. Need advice on whats missing or should I up/down the intake.

ON Whey 30g
BCAA 2:1:1 ratio 10g
Beta Alanine 1.5g
L Glutamine 5g
Pre workout.
On whey 30g
Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL 5g
Beta Alanine 1.5g
Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate (AAKG) thought about mixing it with Di Arginine Malate? Not sure.... 2gs if both mixed 4g
Post workout
On whey
BCAA 2:1:1 ratio 10g
L Glutamine 5g
Beta Alanine 1.5g
Before bed.
Casein 30g
L Glutamine 5g
BCAA 2:1:1 ratio 10g

Are you taking any multi vitamin or fish oil?
The only thing I saw was maybe some carbs with your post workout shake. How many grams of ON post workout are you taking?
