Local shop has it for only $19.99... so im buying it (2 left on the shelf. not selling CL products anymore).
I want to know WHAT it is/does tho. and, also...
-is it specifically made for "bulking"? (probably dumb question).
-I've been running a lot, trying to get my miles back under 7:00 (bootcamp soon). Would it be bad to run while taking this on workout days???

Kinda like creatine but with no loading phase and it works pretty much off the bat with the first dosing (atleast it did for me)
I can best compare it to creatine in terms of effectiveness and water retention but with no loading phase (usually kicks in around day 2 or 3) and you only take it on workout days. GG helps youb etter absorb the supplements that you take with it along with giving you an energy boost. I'd suggest taking it 30-40 min pre workout and then one scoop post workout and drink a lot of water. You could also look up "Extreme Stretching' to get the full benefits of GG. You'd be fine i think, but definitely assess your own tolerance - from my own experience i'm on the full 6 product CL stack right now and although it's a pretty heavy beta-alanine rush (for sure!) i also do cardio after my lift for 30 minutes and i'm ok (whole workout and cardio is pretty freakin intense tho - these products stacked together get you HYPED)
