Smile One Messed up Boy here

    Hello guys.
I havent posted here awhile cuz of other forums. but they are no help at all and just bust everyones balls.
So thats why im here. Hope you guys are more helpful.
    ANYWAYS!!

Im 23 and i have been weightlifting for about 5 years.
The thing is, i ripped something in my cervicle spin, my wrists, and recently i tore something in the inside of my knee.

Spin and Wrists from breaking.(Roll back no handed head stand & Air chairs flares)
Knee from martial arts(Butterfly twist landed straight on my leg while bent, SNAP!)

I was wondering. Should i still workout the injury areas? If i do will it become stronger than before or will it always be a crutch and do better everytime, but not as stronger as it was normal?

Is there any supplements that i should take that works that works to repair?
    Glucosamine? Cissus Q?

    Thanks guys

    EDIT:
Whoa i guess this is my first post. Weird. haha

Mate, my advice would be to go easy on the injuries untill you feel well enough to do some LIGHT training, the human body needs a lot of time to recovery from injuries, so just go light for a while and slowly build yourself up to what you onced were lifting!
