i was wondering if it was a waste to take size on during a cut or would it help preserve muscle
also for later in my cut i wanted to know what would be a good fat burner to get rid of that last bit.
i was looking at dren, man scorch, animal cuts or maybe reduction
so any help would be great
thanks.

Ive been runnning SizeOn for about 3-4 weeks and decided i needed to cut.
So im using Size On for the first 2 weeks of my cut, hopefully to maintain some strength during the large drop in calories, then the last 2 weeks im going to drop it and hopefully start to 'dry' out a bit.
Im using 3 sc. Xtend/ Size On intra workout and 3-4 sc. Xtend for morning cardio 4-5 times a week.
Also for fat burner just using some Basic Cuts, cheap n effective.

thanks for the replies. yea i just bought a tub and opened it and then realized i needed to do a cut, so it won't be too bad if i use almost the whole time will it?
yea for the BCAA's and EAA's i am trying the aminovol stuff it looks pretty good and i think it was a cortisol control or something in it.

I've been using no creatine, BCAA/EAA intra workout, high protein (200g) a day and I've dropped 4% and only 2lbs of weight.

There are tons of effective fat burners aside from ephedrine.
Stimulant X is one to look into, its a strong stimulant that last 6-8 hours with no crash or jitters, it also does a great job at helping to curb appetite which is very important during dieting and should help crush any cravings.
Another product to look into would be Lean FX, its a non-stimulant fat burner that focus's on cortisol controll, mood improvement and appetite control. Its our 3rd Generation Leaning Agent which attacks fat loss from multiple pathways. Not only that but it has other effects like increasing the ratio of DHEA to cortisol and help support joint health. From the first dose you'll notice a much better mood and will be feeling more full with less food all while leaning out through cortisol controll.Last edited by Adawg4929; 11-11-2008 at 10:43 AM.

Creatine is very beneficial on a cut. By helping you to exert more effort and push harder in the gym, it helps you to retain strength and lean tissue mass. Don't worry about any possible water retention - just keep your water intake high (1-2 gallons a day) and any water you hold will be in your muscle bellies (where you want hydration).
And as Zach mentioned - calculating the macros is key for ensuring the extra calories don't slip in and hurt your diet. It's hard to win an argument with a smart person. It's damn near impossible to win an argument with a stupid person. - Bill Murray
