I am looking to change from my NO Xplode to another pre-workout no product. I see both of these on the boards all the time. Which one do you think is best for pumps and energy?

They are both excellent. The real decision here would be if you prefer caps or drink.

Animal Pump, def.
It covers most of your needs (creatine, NO booster, notropics). What's even better is the packaging (pills form). White Flood is just another pre-workout supplement that will make your wallet dry.

negative, white flood is a bang for your buck WAY over animal pump.. BUT both are = TO ME

They both are great. You dont even have to worry about WF being powder, they have caps now. They both will give you great energy and pumps. I say WF because Ive used it a lot and can recommend it on experience. I used a few Pump samples and it was pretty darn good too.

AP: Creatine, NO, and Caffeine all in a convenient pill form. Can take out the stims if you desire to. Slower released energy.
WF: NO, and caffeine product in powder form. Will give you a swift kick in the ass pre-workout.
Just depends on what you are looking for. Personally I get better pumps from AP but better energy from WF.Embrace sacrifice...Embrace pain.

Animal Pump, its convient and is a soild product. You get a longer lasting energy from the red pill in it that stays with you throughout the whole workout. It has been a staple for 2 years now in what I use.

if your looking to replace no-xplode, white flood would be a closer fit imo and yo get 50 workouts per tub

both provide good pumps, WF gives me more energy and focus than pump did, plus love the BA tingles got from it... plus WF is alot more cost-efficient (less $ per serving)

I will probably go with the WF since it seems to be the closest to NO Xplode. I have also tried the sample AP, and it had good pump, just not much energy.
