Here's my recipe for tunafish sandwich:
1 can tuna (chunk light in water) - drain it good
1 celery stalk, fine dice (~1/4 cup)
1/4 cup of finely diced carrot
2 diced sweet gherkin pickles
1/2 oz of walnut, chopped
~1 tbsp of light mayonaise
1 tsp (good squirt) of yellow mustard
a little salt and pepper.
314 calories, 15.7 g fat, 8 g carbs, 3.1 g fiber, 35.4 g protein
Mix it all up in a bowl, put it in a whole wheat wrap or on toasted whole wheat bread.
Delicious!

I put in with it finely chopped onion and cucumber. Sort of makes the taste less overpowering. You can put a bit of mayo in it if you want but watch out because it's fattening.

yeah it makes tuna bearable but its full of fat, maybe a little bit of low fat mayo but its generally best avoided.

I eat it right out of the can...
Not bad, i grew up on tuna. But its just easier for me to grab the cans and take them to work and eat them.

Same here. In fact, get some good stronger mustard (Dijon) or mix mustard and horseradish. That will kill most of the tuna taste.
I dont mind the taste of tuna but I get burned out, so I just experimented with a lot of different mustards.

I buy StarKist yellowfin marinated tuna fillet. It's the roasted garlic in olive oil flavor. Good god it's delicious.
