my pe teacher instructed that i do not go atg squats as they will blow out my knees no seriosly he is docking me points everytime i do them for not following directions today he gave me this speach while i was doing squats about his lifting knowledge and at the end of it he asked me what i thouht the point og going so low was. I Told him because when i squat atg it makes me more alpha so in turn i get to piitb more often he still has no clue what i was talking about it made me lol just though i would share that with you
