Hi All,
Have struggled to find an answer on this topic. I purchase Kaged Muscle’s Creatine HCL (pill form 750mg per pill)
If I am currently 182 lbs, what is an appropriate/healthy amount of Creatine to take on my workout days and my off days?
The bottle says 4 servings (= 3,000 mg per day) but that seems excessive. Really don’t want to damage my body or get any kidney stones :/...
I drink over a gallon of water a day so I’m properly hydrated too. Looking to benefit from the pros of Creatine without harming my body.
