Okay so I'm noticing some awesome gains. Love it! Well my upper body is really coming along nicely. I definitely see more muscle in the bicep and shoulder areas. Lately, I feel like I look more, balanced? Is that the right word? I have pretty wide hips, nothing I can do about that, but with some increased muscle in my top half, I think I'm creating an optical illusion in making my bottom half look smaller. True, not true, wishful thinking?!?!?

Top balancing out bottom?
There is nothing noble in being superior to some other man. The true nobility is in being superior to your previous self.

^^Agreed with Amanda. In the past year I've gone from a ruler to more of an hourglass (well, getting closer) because I've built up my lats, back, delts, and quads. Muscle will give you a nice, shapely look. So since you've brought out your upper body more, your lower body will look narrower.

On a mini-cut, then onto maintenance mode for the summer.
