... haha hey everybody... here are a few off-season shots. Hanging around 200 at 5'8". Let me know if I have brought up some of the weaker areas or what I can continue to improve on. Thanks everybody!

very good my friend, impressive size with minimal bf for off season,
my personal opinion is your traps apear dwarfed compared to your large arms, shoulders, perhaps add some size to them

I don't feel right critiquing you because you have a way better body than myself (no homo) but something I see lacking is traps. Get those babies to stand up a little more and they'll look real nice

Please tell me you're on gear so I don't get discouraged.

Thanks again everybody! I really appreciate it... and to the gent that asked... yeah... I hate to say it, but I am not on any gear. Just a bunch of years of gym, eat and sleep... repeat! And thanks Vadim... that's the way I like to keep it. Never too far from comp form.

So you're not a steroid user? Very, very impressive bro. With your thickness AND vascularity that is extremely good news for your fellow short guys!

Well he's 30, how many years of training?
The reason most people call out 19 year olds is because they claim to have trained for 2years and be massive..
to be as huge as this fellow (great physique bud) with many YEARS of training i'm sure is possible for anyone naturally..I plan to be one of those people.
I am also interested to know how long OP has been training.
edit: OP says 1994 in his bodyspace.

Absolutely.
I estimate I would have to get to 223lbs to get to the size OP is, I reckon I have plenty of time though.
