Damn dude
You must've been training prior to the 11 months as well right. My goal is to look like you in your 13 week progress pic haha
Any info on your diet (how many times you ate/day/calories etc..)

Great transformation. On the otherhand, looks like some E-stats in your profile. 238 Military Press Max, 460 Squat Max? I don't even know if it's possible to achieve that in 11 months, and even if it is, you must have had a professional bodybuilder/powerlifter workout buddy giving you advice. The reason I say this is because going into weight lifting I thought I had it all figured out, little did I know how much I would learn and continue on learning after a year's worth of weight lifting. Could you shed some light on how you managed to achieve such good stats?

My squat went up from 200lbs to 340lbs, bench increased 30lbs in 5 months since i had advice from a weightlifter/bodybuilder is not impossible just have the right knowledge. Otherwise you just waste time in the gym.
Say you start at 200lbs squat, increase 5lbs per week in 44 weeks which makes 220 and add it to the first 200lbs so that is 1 rep max so is not hard to achieve. Obviously OP is natural strong to keep these numbers up.
Edit: I am a meso so it helps

lol@you.
Look at his original pic. Looks like hes a meso. All you need is form and knowledge.. not hard... you say you had it all figured out.. but you obviously didnt. If you haven't got results like that in a year, then something must be wrong

Hey bro how are you? id be happy to shed some light.. For a start like the others said im pretty much pure meso and extremely fast twitch dominant.. i figured that out from the start.. so my workout pretty much consists of low reps high wieght between 3-6 reps.. even if i can only get 1 rep ill do it.. in an effort to get bigger and stronger.. only about 10-15% of my woirkout consists of high reps 8-20..
And sorry the stats are a little off.. for example i can sqaut 180kg (396 pounds) any day of the weak ass in the grass for roughly 6 reps.. so wen i put that in the stats thing it tried to automaticaly work out my 1 rep max.. but i am yet to sqaut 210kg (462pounds) so no i dnt put e stats but bb.com isnt 100% on point with the 1rm
Other than that thax so much for everyone's kind words.. ive put in alot to get this far n i dnt plan to slow down anytime soon!

Great transformation, you mind commenting how you varied your cutting diet vs your bulk diet.
I'm torn right now because I am 6'0 175 about 12% bf, the abs are coming in great and all, but I need to bulk up,,,,, so how did you balance cutting,,, seems to me like you tried hard to attempt a clean bulk, if so, what did your diet look like,,, oh ya, any cardio during bulking? thanks man
