my legs still ache after a week.
so last sunday i did some sprints to get ready for track and i didnt really think i worked that hard but anyways...
immediately after that i felt light headed or sorta dizzy, and my legs were tired.
and then after 4 days from then my legs would ache whenever i walked.
and then after that 4 days it didnt ache anymore for like 3 days so i went out again this sunday to try do more sprints but when i started sprinting my legs started to ache again..
whats wrong with me? how can i recover faster because it takes way to long...im thinking it could just be because i haven't sprinted in a long time.. btw it aches on the tops of my theighs and around my groin
and since im starting track i'd like to know the best guide's and diet's i can take.
