5'11 180. Just trying to trim down a bit, lose my beer gut and get to 10% before I start clean bulking. Lifting 5x a week, spin class 3x a week and swimming 2x a week. Your help/input is appreciated!
Wakeup
UP 2.0 + 8oz nf milk = 9g fat 15g carbs 28g protein
Gym
Intra Aid = 10g carbs, 8g protein
PWO
Isoflex + Bannana = 25g protein + 30g carbs
BFAST
1 egg + whites + 1sl bread + 1srv PB = 18g fat, 40g carbs, 31g pro
Lunch
1 can low sodium tuna + 1sl bread + 1srv nuts= 45g protein + 15g carbs + 14g fat
Dinner
Chicken or Salmon + 1c Brown Rice + Veggies (spray butter) + 1 srv fish/flax = 40g protein + 30g carbs + 14g fat
Bed
UP 2.0 (in water) = 9g fat, 18g protein
Totals: 63g fat 150 carbs, 207g protein
Approx: 2,000 calories

how many calories do you usually consume? 2000 seems low for a guy your size you just want to be sure you dont lose too much muscle which can happen if you cut too much too fast.
